How it works: Currently we have four Balloon Wedding Decor packages. The items in the package are standard sizes and shapes and require little information from you for us to create them. Chose your Package, Colors, and enter your wedding date and balloon colors at check out. Once we receive your online order, we check our schedule to insure the date and times are available. If the date and time are free we then e-mail you your invoice, that will include any frame deposits. At this point you have a few options and must respond within 24 hours:
Option 1: Pay $50.00 for holding the date for two weeks**, non-refundable*, but credited to your balance.
a. Pay half the balance due within two weeks by check/money order. Orb. We can charge your credit card for half the balance in two weeks.The remainder balance and frame deposit is due two weeks prior to the wedding.
Option 2: Pay half the balance due by credit card at time of booking.
a. Payment can be half the decor balance and half the frame deposit balance. Orb. Payment can be half the decor balance only.The remainder balance and frame deposit is due two weeks prior to the wedding.Option 3:
a. Pay full balance of decor and frame deposit or b. Pay full balance of decor with frame deposits due two weeks before wedding.Our terms of service
All Event Decor under $200.00 Payment is due in full at time reservation is made.
For Event Decor over $200.00 a non-refundable* reservation fee of 50% of the decor balance is due to reserve date of event. Reminder of balance is due two weeks prior to event.
* In the event of cancellation a raincheck will be given for amount already paid, good for 1 year after original date. Raincheck can be renewed every year if needed. New date must be approved for availability prior to booking.
** If 50% payment is not received within the two week holding period the date will become open for someone to book their wedding until payment is made.
